The Professional Ladies Association (PLA!) is the premier networking association for women in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (A/E/C) industry in Boston and beyond. Our mission is to facilitate connections among professional women through networking events, educational initiatives, social gatherings, and philanthropic endeavors. With an ever-growing membership of nearly 300 women, including brokers, end users, property managers, project managers, architects, designers, and service providers, PLA! is committed to empowering women in A/E/C.
